Use of its right of withdrawal

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending your request to the withdrawal page.

Your request must be made within 14 days of your order and must contain the following information:

• Order number
• Date of mailing

Returning costs of products

All products subject to a withdrawal request must be sent to the customer's expense at the address Full address within a maximum period of 14 days after the date of the request for withdrawal.

This period is deemed to be met if you return the property before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

Your liability is incurred only in respect of the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the property.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the less expensive mode of standard delivery proposed by us) without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw this contract.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree on a different method; In any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
