1. Delivery methods

We offer you a variety of delivery methods, carefully adapted to the weight and volume of your purchases. You have the choice between home delivery, relay point available anywhere in France, or click & collect. Options compatible with your order will automatically be offered to you when you order.

When ordering online, the estimated shipping times will be indicated to you at the time of selecting the mode of delivery. These times vary according to the mode chosen and the seasonal periods.

Upon validation of your order and receipt of your payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This e-mail will contain a detailed summary of your order and all the information necessary to track its delivery.

Note: Because of our model of cross-docking., we do not have physical stock. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail notification to inform you of its availability.

We offer 4 withdrawal solutions for more flexibility:

 

Relay point delivery – Attention to the withdrawal period

For relay point deliveries, it is important to remove your package within the time limits specified by the carrier (usually 7-14 days). Beyond, the package is returned to us automatically.

In this case:

  • We will propose reship your order, at your expense, at a relay point or at home for signature.

  • If legal withdrawal period (14 days after receipt) is exceeded, a refund will no longer be possible.

  • No reply from you within 3 months after return of the package, the order will be considered abandoned.

We advise you to follow the follow-up of your package and not to delay in recovering it. 😊

Get your order easily from a Chronopost Relay point.

Packages less than 5kg and/or less than one pallet

  • Shipment: By Beekeeping equipment.
  • Delivery: In the selected relay point, 8.90€.
  • Withdrawal: On presentation of identification.

Packages 5kg to 10kg and/or less than one pallet

    • Shipment: By Beekeeping equipment.
    • Delivery: In the selected relay point, 10.90€.
    • Withdrawal: On presentation of identification.

    Packages 10kg to 20kg and/or less than one pallet

      • Shipment: By Beekeeping equipment.
      • Delivery: In the selected relay point, 20,90€.
      • Withdrawal: On presentation of identification.

      UPS express delivery 24h Home:

      For a fast delivery "large weight" directly at home against signature, ideal if you need your order as soon as possible.

      • Express delivery : insured by the UPS carrier within 24 hours, directly at home, 102.90€

      Packages of 40 kg to 50 kg and/or volume less than one pallet

      2. Preparing your order

      Stay informed of the progress of your order with ease via your online personal space, accessible from the tab "My orders". When your order is in preparation, its status will be indicated as "In preparation".

      This status means that we are actively preparing your order so that it is ready to be shipped. However, in rare cases (temporary inflow of orders, internal technical problems, etc.), preparation times may be extended. If this happens, the status "In preparation" could remain posted longer than expected. Be assured that we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you within the time specified.

      Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to send, accompanied by a tracking link if the shipment was carried out via a traceable service.

      We pay special attention to ensuring careful preparation and packaging for each order.

      3. Shipping your order

      When your order leaves our warehouse, you receive a e-mail shipping containing follow-up information.

      Follow your package:

      • Since e-mail shipping : Click on the tracking link included in the email.
      • From your customer space :
        1. Go to the section "My orders".
        2. Click "Show order".
        3. Select "Order delivery" then "Follow this delivery". (Value only for UPS, Colissimo, Chronopost carriers.)

      For information purposes : When you choose your mode of delivery, shipping times are clearly indicated. However, the delivery time, i.e. the time between the carrier taking over the parcel and its delivery, depends on the conditions of the carrier and varies according to the destination in metropolitan France.

      4. Invoice

      As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, we will automatically send you the invoice by e-mail.

      If you have chosen the Click & Collect withdrawal, we can also provide it on the day of your withdrawal. Our team will be happy to bring it back to you.

      Whatever the mode of transport, special attention is paid to packaging your products.

      The prices are net in Euros, without VAT application (Art. 293B of the CGI)

      As some of our products are made after the order, you must count 8 to 15 working days for the receipt of your command. We're on an average of 9/10 days. Less for small orders. However, this period may be exceeded as it is impossible to control the entire distribution chain, Beekeeping equipment will not be responsible for this inconvenience.  

      • If a product were to fall out of stock, you would be informed immediately and a delay would be given. A default, an alternative would be presented to you immediately. 

      •  They are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on request. Client is required to check scrupulously Ipacking condition of the goods and the contents of the package(s) the delivery and report damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as Team-Beekeeping via email address: contact@equipement-apiculture.fr  and this within a period of 48h maximum. If no reservation shall be made to the carrier in the form and within the legal time limits, Beekeeping equipment will not have the obligation exchange, or refund you for any deteriorated or missing items free of charge. A gesture commercial can discuss if photo in support taken at the time of Delivery of the or products SummerIdiot.

      • ModedispatchThis is done according to the formula chosen. In Colissimo follow-up delivered against signature, UPS 24H at home against signature, in point relay via parcelsimo. Regardless of the shipping mode chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel online. 

      • Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage.  We cannot group two different commands and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. A very neat packaging is applied to each package. 

      • Relay point delivery – Attention to the withdrawal period
