Varroas CO2 Tester – Quick and accurate diagnosis

This transparent tester allows sleep the bees in order easily count fallen varroas at the bottom of the aircraft. It is composed of: box with perforated basket et d’une CO2 cartridge, guaranteeing a method fast, reliable and safe for bees.

Mode d’emploi :
1️⃣ Remove about 200 bees on a brood frame (avoid the queen).
2️⃣ Inject CO2 during 5 to 6 secondsThe bees sleep.
3️⃣ Shake slightly the tester after 10-20 seconds to drop the varroas under the grid.
4️⃣ Counting the varroas to assess the level of infestation.
5️⃣ Release bees Once awake, no side effect.
